How it works

Follow these simple steps to get started

  • Step 1

    Email Us

    First off, we will be really excited to hear from you! We will be happy to give you a quote and answer any questions. We base pricing off the number of hours we will be serving for and the number of people we will be serving coffee to.
  • Step 2

    Details

    Next we confirm details! All the good stuff: address, bar set up location, parking info, special requests etc. You will receive an invoice with all our discussed details to confirm we're on the same page!
  • Step 3

    Coffee Time

    We will arrive early for set up. We need an outlet and approx a 6x6 open space or corner. *Please note, the bar may or may not have our Hanna Bee Coffee Logo

  • We Fit In Small Spaces

    Small doorways and tight spaces are not a problem with this guy! We'll fit into almost any backstage nook or cranny you might need.

  • Electricity

    We require one regular outlet, that's it!

  • Easy Booking Process

    Our booking process is simple which means less planning & emails!

  • Special Requests

    We take menu requests from your crew & artists. Just let us know and we can look into it for you!
